The Luminous house

A full renovation of a family apartment in the northern suburbs reimagines contemporary living through a balanced use of light, materials, and refined design. Created for a family of four, the project focuses on improving everyday functionality while elevating the overall spatial experience.

Natural and artificial lighting guided the new layout, opening and aligning spaces to enhance brightness, continuity, and calm. Oak wood was used extensively in custom joinery and flooring, adding warmth and timeless character, while textured wallpapers introduce depth and subtle contrast.

Carefully selected furniture and artworks by renowned designers and artists add exclusivity and cultural identity. The result is a sophisticated, functional home that blends comfort, craftsmanship, and understated luxury.
