E+C One Athens

This project concerns the redesign of a private residence within the historic One Athens complex, where we approached the interior with a strong sense of responsibility toward its modernist legacy. Our aim was to reinterpret the apartment’s original architectural identity through a contemporary and refined design language, introducing a seamless balance between heritage and modern living. The spatial composition emphasizes clarity, material richness, and atmospheric lighting, achieved through the use of natural, high-end materials and bespoke elements, alongside carefully curated furniture and collectible design pieces. The result is a sophisticated and timeless living environment that respects its context while responding to the lifestyle and expectations of its owners.
