La Kaliva
Hidden within the sacred landscape of Ancient Olympia, where nature and history have coexisted for centuries, this 4x4 meters cubic cabin house, emerges as an exercise in restraint. Conceived through the principles of simplicity, proportion and silence. The project blurs the threshold between interior and exterior. Crafted from honest, natural materials, the cabin offers only what is essential. It is neither a house nor merely a shelter, but a contemporary hermitage - a place for contemplation, where architecture recedes and the landscape becomes the protagonist.
